- This order includes two tassel colors. If you would like MORE COLORS in your tassel tail, please see our tassel listing.
- This balloon requires to be inflated to a minimum of 2.75 Ft diameter or 8.5 circumference. We DO NOT guarantee that your balloon will float. Most customers have success in getting their balloon to float but sometimes due to helium quality, the balloons will not float. We do not refund for balloons that do not float successfully. Floatation is dependent on helium quality and the size to which the balloon is inflated. We have no control over these variables.
