- We will provide a proof within 24 hrs of your order. If you do not approve proof within 2 days we will process your order without proof approval
- Balloons with STAR next to color name DO NOT have matching tassel. Please specify when ordering what tassel color you want.
- Please note that about 1 in 200 (0.05%) balloons will pop or have a defect not visible prior to inflation. This is the nature of balloons.
- Lettering is applied AFTER ballon is inflated. It will be like placing a large sticker on a balloon. if this is something you do not feel comfortable doing we do not recommend this product for you.
- This balloon requires to be inflated to a minimum of 2.5feet. If it is not fully inflated, we cannot guarantee it will float with the weight of lettering and tassel. Please make arrangement for helium at your local party store or grocery store. We are receiving reports that some helium suppliers are not inflating double stuffed balloons. Please procure helium source prior to purchase.

Beautiful product and great customer service. My Custom order was an easy process due to the owners fast reply to all of my questions. I ordered a balloon to tell my daughter she was going to be a big sister and use for our family photos. Unfortunately, the first one we received was either defective or was not blown up properly by the staff at Party City and we were unable to use. The owner and her staff were very understanding and sent a replacement which worked great and we had no issues with. Will order again!
