PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE

- We will provide a proof within 24 hrs of your order. If you do not approve proof within 2 days we will process your order without proof approval.

- Balloons with STAR next to color name DO NOT have matching tassel. Please specify when ordering what tassel color you want.

- This order includes two tassel colors. If you would like MORE COLORS in your tassel tail, please contact me for additional cost.

- Lettering is applied AFTER ballon is inflated. It will be like placing a large sticker on a balloon. If this is something you do not feel comfortable doing we do not recommend this product for you.

- This balloon requires to be inflated to a minimum of 2.5feet. If it is not fully inflated, we cannot guarantee it will float with the weight of lettering and tassel. Please make arrangement for helium at your local party store or grocery store. We are receiving reports that some helium suppliers are not inflating double stuffed balloons. Please procure helium source prior to purchase.
