Each Garland Cluster Includes:

• 10 - 5" Balloons
• 18 - 12" Balloons
• 1 - 18" Balloon
• 2 sheets of glue Dots

Each Order includes:

• Rubber Bands (to hang garland)
• Command Hooks (for mounting on to wall)
• Garland Strip (for garland assembly)

Instructions: 

• Tools you will need
  • Electric balloon pump (preferable with double inflators)
  • Hand pump (to inflate 5" balloons)
