Here is a list of questions we are frequently asked:

HELIUM QUESTIONS

    • Do I have to use helium or can I fill it will air?  You only need to fill your balloon with helium if you want it to float. You can fill it with air if you plan to just hold it up or adhere it to the wall or ceiling.
    • How much helium do I need? To fill a 36" Balloon fully you need 10 cubic feet of helium. Please note, the lower quality the helium is, the more helium you will need. Gender reveal balloons may need more helium to compensate for the weight of the confetti inside the balloon
    • Can I inflate the balloon the day before? Because helium is a gas and a bit unstable, I always recommend inflating the balloon the day of your event. If you absolutely HAVE to inflate the day before, it's best to place the lettering on the balloon the day of the event in case there is any balloon shrinkage as the gas settles.
    • Can I take it to a party store to get it inflated? Yes, this is the most economical way to get your balloon filled with helium, however, you will need to educate the party store attendant on how to inflate it to the right size. Many times I have seen them fail to inflate it to the right size. It is your responsibility to oversee that it is done correctly.
    • My balloon did not float, can I have a refund? As stated in the listing description and in our proof approval message, we do not refund for balloons that do not float. Floatation is dependent on helium quality and the balloon inflation size. Both of these factors are out of our control.

      • Can I have my order rushed? Yes! We do offer a "Rush My Order" service. Please see click HERE for details and cost of having your order rushed.
      • I received my order but I'm missing something or received the wrong product, what happens now? Although we try our very best to fill orders correctly, our team does occasionally make mistakes. We appreciate your patience and if the error is ours we will do our best to remedy the situation. If we have enough time to replace your item before your event, we will send a replacement ASAP. If not, we will issue a refund.
      • How long will it take to receive my order? 
        • CUSTOM ORDERS: Once you place your order, we will send you a proof within 24 hrs. Once the proof is approved, we need 3 days to create the custom hand-made lettering. Standard shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 days depending on how far you live from Wyoming. If you choose "Express" shipping at checkout for an additional $5, shipping time is reduced to 2-4 days.
        • ALL OTHER ORDERS: Orders that do not include a customized product usually ship the day after you purchase. Standard shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 days depending on how far you live from Wyoming. If you choose "Express" shipping at checkout for an additional $5, shipping time is reduced to 2-4 days.
